4 days - One island - a space to meet again. Retreating together in order to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and rediscover some space for yourself and your relationship. I created this 4-day Retreat in Meganisi, which I find it exclusively unique for a couple - but also for oneself. In the deep blue of the island and our amazing venur, we will step away from the rhythm of everyday life and into a slower, more intentional pace. In that pace we can feel the inner rhythm, the inner truth that comes to the surface. Through yoga, breathwork, mindful movement, silence, non violent communication, personal reflection and partner practices we will create space to turn inward — and from there, towards each other. Because connection is not simply about spending time together. It is about being truly present and authentically open for connection. -Listening without rushing to respond. -Speaking without needing to defend ourselves. -Observing without judgment. -Making space for the other and for ourselves.
